Belle Tire

Outside of new tires and getting a plug n patch STAY AWAY FROM BELLE TIRE!!! I have tried two locations and this company is not customer friendly.Every time I get a simple oil change someone comes out with a paper and something extra needs done. $900 repair and it’s urgent. Then will “cut you a deal” and take off $200. Why was $900 the initial price then?? Tried to charge me $117 to replace TWO FILTERS. Ordered the filters myself, $42. Handed me two papers and tried to get $350 out of me, when I just needed an oil change. Something is always “wrong” with my car when I go into Belle tire. It’s disgusting how much they break a sweat trying to pull $1,000 out of every person that walks through the door but can’t put equal psi in tires and make people wait over an hour for a service that should be routine. I’ve been going to Belle tire for 3 years and gotten equal psi in my tires twice. I won’t be getting my next set of tires from this company. Now I have to find somewhere else to get oil changes. Disappointed is understatement.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE! The short guy with very dark hair did the Ole "cheesy car salesman" routine with me. When I would go in before, they knew me, knew I know cars and always gave my business there. I am BEYOND pissed. Will NOT go back ever again. Went to another placed right after and dropped $1,700 on 4 new tires and the item I needed fixed. May not seem like much, but imagine if 10 people feel the same way, or 20...... look at all that lost money coming through the door. SHAME ON YOU. Wish I was able to see your name tag so I could blast it. I'll never forget your face though. CREEPY!

I got a flat tire turning in to the hospital to visit a family member. I called here and a few other places. They had the best price and customer service. When I called, I talked to an actual person who worked at this location, not someone in a call center (other tire stores are now doing this). Despite them being busy, they were able to work me in for 4 new tires. They didn’t try to oversell. They made a stressful situation (and day!) much easier. We will absolutely be back!

Do not use their online appointment system. It doesn’t work and they won’t fix it. I’ve tried scheduling two appointments first for brakes and now for an AC repair. The first time it never gave me a confirmation, kept on trying, no email, no text. Called them about it and they got upset I had set up like 3 appointments because, how was I supposed to know it worked? There was no confirmation after the call about the appointment either. They were upset, said trust the process next time, so I did and ended up at the store without an appointment. It’s a 30 minute drive for us. If I’m paying for a place that is relatively more expensive than others, their systems better work. Customer service is important.

I always have a great experience at Belle Tire. Joey is top notch. Brought our car in for a slow leak on the back right tire. Joey noticed we bought our tires 2 years ago and treads were abnormally low. We regularly get our tires rotated with our oil changes. Tires were purchased at Belle, and Joey is assisting with warranty claim. Joey also informed us of their oil change and free rotation services. We will be switching from Walmart to Belle for our oil service going forward. Thanks Belle Tire for your 5 star service!!
